Proposals for tasks of project work packages updating has been developed for kick-off meeting in December, 2001, Vilnius. An information on telework and team work has been collected, analyzed,  evaluated and used as a background for development a specification of TELEBALT Lithuanian website prototype. A part of related EU projects has been studied as an experience and the experience has been used to enhance the specification of Lithuanian website. The information has been collected and analyzed using a prototype of personal information database on Microsoft Access. The information for entering to Lithuanian website has been collected, evaluated and after discussion with Lithuanian project team stored on the website. The draft paper for TELEBALT newsletter has been prepared and it served as a background for development of final version of paper for TELEBALT newsletter No 1 by  Dziugas Juknys, Lithuanian Project Director and Edmundas Zvirblis, Project Manager. The list of main terms and their definitions related to telework has been created and used both for preparing of presentation for Riga TELEBALT conference and for retrieving of information from the website.

The presentation on Lithuanian website has been developed for Riga TELEBALT conference on April 2002.

A number of ITT companies have been introduced with TELEBALT goals, services and deliverables.

A number of companies are very interested in modern detail information and they should like to take part in implementing teamwork and telework software and in developing project proposals for 6FP.

A prototype of DB has been developed for collecting, analyzing and evaluating of information. A number of queries have been made for Project Director, Project Manager and website designer. The reports have been exported to HTML and RTF formats and sent by email to targeted users of queries.

During kick-off meeting on December, 2001 in Vilnius Project Coordinator and all project members from 3 Baltic countries have been introduced with main features of PL@ZA by Lithuanian consultant in Lithuania.

Contacts with Teamware company, Finland have been created and they have been invited to Riga conference for more detail introduction on PL@ZA features and opportunities.
